Woo Hoo!

Done!

Finis!

(Well, except for the buttons...)

My little Sophia's Birthday dress is almost complete!

and I didn't have to rip a single seam...
... pretty darned relieved about that one!

Now all that remains
is to find a pretty shirt to go under the jumper,
and to find a few child's garden tools
for the other part of her birthday present.

I've been wondering if the gardening bug
would rub off on any of my kids,
and it appears that it has...
Sophia's daddy (my darling son)
has decided its time to put in a garden!

I can't wait to see the progress when I
go up to their house for the birth of our 2nd grandbaby,
and for Sophie's 2nd Birthday!!!

*******************************

And on the chicken front...

This is Tweetie Pie!

My favorite chick!
Whenever I put my hand into the pen,
she rushes over and jumps on board!
So cute!

  5. What a darling little dress Vicki! It will be loved I'm sure. It seems that when I sew anymore, all I do is pick out the seams. Must be old lady eyes or something akin to it. lol
Sweetie Pie sure made me smile.
