For those of you who enjoy a wee bit-o pinch'n fun,

  1. Happy Saint Pat Vicki....the green looks so inviting.
The closest to green here in Canada is the gorgeous moss one finds in the forest.

p.s. Have any ideas what you would like on your banner…having trouble with my email at the moment so I don’t know if I’ve missed your email.

  2. Hi Vicki - It is a first visit here for me. You write beautifully and thoughtfully. I scrolled back to January to read your posts - you live in a beautiful part of the country - everything looks so green! Our gardens in South Australia are suffering with drought - never mind, Autumn is on its way.I love reading about your grandmothers. Amongst some other things, My grandmother left me an enamelled four-leaf clover brooch which she always wore on Saint Patrick's Day (her grandfather was Irish).I carry on the tradition for her. Grandmother's are special and remembered with love.

  3. I hope you enjoyed your St. Patty's day. With that gorgeous red haired grand-baby I'd say there is a wee bit of the Irish in her.
Loved the poppies post. They are beautiful. Our grass isn't even green here yet, but soon.
